This is Ivor a 10-month-old pup, he had shuch a tough begining of his life. Ivor is deaf and because of his defect he was deserted by 5 families. He didn’t even come to the RSPCA.
Being deserted for 5 times Ivor had some trust issues. But thanks to RSPCA Center that gave him enough devotion, care and attention, he now became a trustful and very lovely dog.
As every creature of this world Ivor as well met his person, he found his forever family.
Ellie Bromilow, a girl that admired him from first sight despite his deafness.
Ellie said that Ivor had mastered the gesture language for ’sit‘, and ‚come‘ from the RSPCA team members.
Now he learns more things, such as ‚lie down‘, ‚wait‘, ‚all gone‘ also he is in process of learning ‚roll over‘.
„It’s not the matter that he can’t hear a word. We continue speaking to him a lot. Having a deaf dog is the same as having a hearing dog.“
Ivor is a very good dog. He adores going out for walks and also he has an excellent smelling mechanism. Ellie mentions that they use it for plays to keep him busy.
Also they conceal treats over the home and Ivor should detect them.
Despite the hardships in his life and a very uneven start, it’s just awesome that Ivor now has a forever loving household.
