A Tennessee family was devastated after their Irish Greyhound dog went missing in a car accident.
The van crashed into their cargo, the rear windows of the car shattered, and their dog, Fergus, jumped out of the car. The family desperately searched for him, but to no avail.
They created a Facebook group called „Find Fergus“ where over 1,400 people came together to find him and help them find their dog.
The dog was seen limping nearby, but no one could reach him. And then the family learned that Fergus had been found about half a mile from the crash site.
The owner noticed this and said he went straight to the personnel department.
The family rushed home and reunited with Fergus in a touching video.
Other than a few cuts and bruises, he is doing well and should make a full recovery soon.
