But, fortunately, rescuers and a veterinarian saved his life, the dog’s name was Hattie.
He ended up in the shelter in the hands of ruthless owners, who, knowing that the animal had problems, ignored him and did nothing.
According to the Dallas Dog Rescue Center Reform, this is the most brutal surrender ever held at this shelter. He was quickly taken to Dr. Ranch, who was the first to see such a tumor in a dog of this breed.
