Cute blind cat is not even a little happy about his new baby sister

Cats especially struggle when they go from being the only child to having older siblings. Melvin, the blind cat, especially benefited from this.

Melvin was particularly receptive to changes because he was blind. He was raised by his parents, Jackie and Ellison, alone for two years.

Melvin could not have been happier for those two years. Melvin successfully navigated his house despite his blindness.

He would cuddle up on the chests of his two favorite people when he wasn’t exploring his house. But Melvin’s former foster mom called Jackie and Ellison one day.

She inquired if they would be interested in fostering a cat that resembled Melvin. Ellison said, „She looked like Melvin’s long-lost sister.“

Melvin, on the other hand, did not feel any kinship with this strange feline. Jackie stated, „Melvin was not pleased about it.“ He was just puffing up in a ball of rage and making all kinds of crazy noises.

The fact that neither cat could see the other made the transition even more difficult.

Melvin was unable to tell that Scout meant no harm when she repeatedly lied on her side in order to demonstrate submission.

Jackie and Ellison wanted to adopt Scout, but they needed to see that they could live together happily. Then one day, everything turned around. Watch these two adorable cats with special needs grow to love one another.
