These days, tiny homes are everywhere. Many people have decided to invest in the world’s smallest home because television shows provide glimpses into this new and appealing lifestyle.

Bentley, Luanne’s dog, is her best friend since she recently retired. She had a tiny custom home built for her so that she could enjoy her golden years without having to worry about expensive bills or upkeep.
Beautiful Christmas decorations adorn her tiny house. Luanne tells viewers that she has been able to live the life she has always wanted by downsizing.

She lives in a tiny home village with other people who have adopted this way of life. Luanne remembers how fascinated she was by tiny houses, which is why she calls her house „The Nest.“
„I was fascinated by living in a space that had only exactly what you need,“ Luanne declares. According to Luanne, it was liberating not to have everything.

She made the decision to commit after watching a lot of videos. Her house cost $79,000, and she had to wait 18 months to move in from the time she paid the deposit.
Her land rent is $200 per month, her monthly water bill is $25, and her electric bill is very low. Her red front door is adorned with garland as part of her cozy holiday decor.

Luanne says that the house has white trim, wood lap siding, and a black metal roof that sounds great in the rain, even though her dog Bentley doesn’t like it.
The roof is 13 feet tall and the home as a whole is 10 feet wide by 28 feet long. Luanne adores her neighborhood, and the main living area can accommodate 10 people for a dinner party.
She asserts, „I’ve made some incredible friends, and the community is a huge part of being here.“
