The house has been owned by an Australian family for 57 years; they recently made the decision to sell it, but they are unable to do so.
The issue lies in the fact that the plan to decorate the room wasn’t quite right. Naturally, the buyers liked the large house and lush backyard, and everything was fine up until the children’s room.
The room used to have a door, but they decided to board it up and cover it with wallpaper with a picture of a young girl looking in.
Because everything seemed so natural, buyers took the deal.
There were a lot of questions right away:
The agent acknowledged that the owners had already reduced the price, that a buyer would soon be found, and that the house would most likely be demolished and expanded.
