There are quite a few cases in the animal world when a mother takes care of someone else’s child and even feeds him. This is not the first time either.
And here is an amazing story about how a mother cat takes care of little orphaned hedgehogs.
This is a very touching story that happened at the zoo. When the zoo staff took this cat, she was pregnant, and soon her cubs were born.
Each of them found a new family, in which their mother remained.
Although the cat was sterilized, maternal feelings for these babies did not stop her. The researchers found these hedgehogs that had suffered from haymaking and brought them to the zoo.
Unfortunately, it was not possible to save the mother, and the poor children were left orphans, for some time left without their mother’s care.
According to the zoo staff, the cat took the initiative to show interest in these babies.
