Street kitten desperately wanders to fire station on cold snowy day and asks to be let in as she is cold

A street cat once attempted to seek assistance by entering a fire station through the window in the thick of the frost.

When he walked by the Steinbach Fire Department in Canada and saw a little kitten staring out the window at him, the attendant was taken aback.

She was standing outside the window on a chilly evening. She rushed right to him when one of our firefighters went outside.

The cat remained perched under the window and did not move. She clearly had nowhere else to go.

The cat was allowed into the room by firefighters out of concern that it would freeze at night due to the severe frost. The kitten could be seen better in the warmth because it was dirty and really wanted to eat.

However, the feline right away responded with a purr at the same time. Kelvin, the fire chief, who already owned 4 cats, offered to temporarily transport it to his residence.

He gave her the name Amber and took her to the vet the following day for an examination. The cat was found to be in good health by the veterinarian, with the exception of some mild frost bite on the tips of its ears.

I posted her picture and story on Facebook in case she had been misplaced.

However, when no one responded for several days, we took her back to the vet, where she was vaccinated and we discovered ear mites, which we immediately began treating.

“Amber did not at all resist during these examinations, and she appeared to enjoy human attention.

A few firemen needed to make Golden a station feline, however it worked out that the station has days off when there isn’t so much as an obligation official and there will be nobody to care for the feline right now.

After that, they made the decision to find her a permanent home. Kelvin stated, „We posted her pictures on Fb and it appears that we have already found an owner for her.“
